Luxury underwear brand, Hamilton + Hare, has announced a limited edition T-shirt collection with the Henry Moore Foundation, celebrating 125 years of the visionary British artist.
Born in July 1898 in Castleford, Yorkshire, Henry Moore’s career marked the creative and commercial pinnacle of British post-war art. His monumental bronze sculptures can be found on housing estates, outside offices and in public parks around the country, and indeed the world, upholding a lifelong vision that art should inspire the everyday, meeting people where they are.

Hamilton + Hare founder Olivia Francis says, “We’ve long been inspired by Henry Moore’s work for its timeless modernity and beautiful simplicity and have sought out many of his works across London, many of which are a walking distance from our own HQ on Chiltern Street.

“Working with the archive team, we have been so excited to bring some of his lesser known works into the spotlight for our limited edition T-shirts, each one has its very own edition number, so it really is a piece of wearable art in that sense.”

TheChicGeek say, “To quote the great Britney Spears, Gimme Moore. Henry Moore’s giant bronzes dotted around our cities are the archetypal of modern art. They are familiar and solid, offering a tactile permanence to public art and are instantly recognisable. These tees by Hamilton & Hare are a relaxed and effortless take on Moore’s modern minimalism.”
