This is a perfect example of how chic navy can be. A colour which works both day and night and unlike black looks great as a total look. William here has a very smart two button suit with covered buttons. The deep neck line on his top underneath adds a sense of cool casualness and keeps it fresh and louche for a warmer day. The shades add to the cool cat anonymity and the pocket square continues the navy theme.
Ash says he wears these clothes all the time and I can see why. He picked up the wool suit in a charity shop in Chichester for £20 and the 70s knitted top was £10 in Portsmouth. The cream top is accented by the pocket square and socks which keeps it looking fresh. I like the way he has rolled back his cuffs to reveal a nice antique watch. Nick says his mum got him the jacket which with its silver buttons and military detailing show how a vintage jacket can work in normal wear. The fitted chinos look good inside the wellies and the buttoned-up fresh white shirt make is young and modern.
Nick here is from Salt Lake City and he says this is where he got the vintage leathers from. It's classic Marlon Brando. This is a timeless American look of the 1950s. These asymmetric leather jackets have come back into fashion recently and while leather trousers are usually hard to pull off, in this context with the boots and everything else, the only thing missing is the motorbike!
These are all items from David's wardrobe. The jacket is great with the smart Mad Men style pocket square. But it's the bryl-creamed hair that really makes it vintage. Nice turn-ups on the camel trousers and the umbrella is the finishing gentlemanly touch.
Terry is pure 1940s, he runs a vintage clothing company called 'La Riviera' which makes new 40s and 50s style clothing. I like the oversized nature. It is all very exagerated, very zoot suit like from the era. You can just picture the jiving going on.
It was great to see two young guys like Ollie & Charlie getting involved in street fashions that were way before they were born. Ollie on the left has gone for a skinhead/ska look with items from his own wardrobe. The buttoned up shirt, braces, badges and pork pie hat are the ingredients for this look. While Charlie's jacket was amazing. An original punk jacket, it would be worth a fortune, he said his dad hired it for him for the dad. Lucky boy.

This is one of the best Streetgeeks we've seen. Ross has really got it going on here. The hair is immaculate Bryl-creamed to perfection. But it's the touches that males it; the rolled sleeves on the jacket, the T-shirt tucked into the jeans - makes the belt visible, looks smarter and also if you have a flat stomach you can show it off! The retro shoes are great and wearing socks as well as rolling up the jeans works so well. Sublime.
