The first summer of love in 1969 was a festival of peace and love; an LSD trip of bright colours and bold prints. As the birth place of 60s style, Carnaby Street has celebrated this with giant inflatable Christmas decorations all down the street; Jeff Koons style reindeer and Love Hearts hover over shopper's heads.
But the reason I'm showing you this is that there seems to be a bit of a hippy/psychedelia side to men's fashion for next year. Admittedly, a little goes along way with this style but it's nice to have an injection of fun for next summer.
Aquascutum showed some great Mr Fish style patterned jackets, Etro went bright on a tie-dyed hyper coloured fantasy and labels as diverse as Pretty Green and Brioni showed paisley.
Turn on, tune in and drop out!
