Simply remove the cap, click until a small droplet of the minty gel is visible. Do this in the morning and leave on for 30 minutes before eating. Do not rinse. In the evening brush your teeth like normal, apply the gel and then go to sleep. The pen contains enough to do the top and bottom teeth for fifteen days straight. The effect should last around around 2 months, depending on lifestyle, i.e. how much you smoke or drink staining liquids. It can even last up to a year in some cases. The pen is great for those who don't want to mess around with teeth whitening trays. The only drawback is, that because of the bleaching agents in the whitening gel, the pen has to be prescribed by a dentist.
