The great thing about having the Milan men's shows in June is you can copy the looks for this summer and be a whole year ahead. Prada, as always, was inspired, the usually blend of pattern and whimsy, prettifying men with embellishment. Inspired by the neckerchief which featured prominently, here's TheChicGeek version for this summer.
Right - Prada Spring 2012
1. Get a hankerchief, decent size 'man-size', in preferably Silk or fine Cotton. This is Italian silk
2. Fold in half depending on how you want to see the design. Play around with this part.
3. Now fold cub scout style as though you were going to thread onto your woggle.
4. Place around the neck. Don't tie it tight, tie it enough to secure but leaving a decent amount to work like a little bow-tie. You want the sticky-outy bits.
5. Add a summer jacket and voila you're Alain Delon circa '66.
