There are almost as many tweeds as sheep and often many styles or weaves are never repeated again. This for me has to be the tweed of the season; perfect colour, perfect weight - not too thick - and a soft luxury pile. Purdey certainly know their stuff in this area, but traditionally tweeds can be a little too thick or rustic for us townies. The Glen check tweed is exclusive to Purdey and looks even better in the flesh. If the breeches are too much then team with cords or jeans.
