There is nothing more English this time of year than messing around on boats. Yesterday was a typically British Summer's day as we made our way over to the Isle of Wight for Cowes Week. Like a Crowded House song, we had all four seasons in as many hours as we speed over to Cowes, Miami Vice style, for the world famous regatta and a look at the new Sebago store on the island. Located on one of the winding streets of Cowes, the new Sebago store not only features boat shoes, for which they are famous for, but also a new range of apparel that would have you blending in port side with the best of the Cowes crowd.

The rest of the day was spent admiring the professionals and understanding why this is another sport that fashion likes to become involved with. Cowes is the home of the America's cup which started in 1851. It was originally named the Royal Yacht Squadron Cup, it became known as the "America's Cup" after the first yacht to win the trophy, the schooner America.
