When we met the guys behind Norwegian Rain, here, they told us about their plans to launch a store in London, not only showing their raincoats, but a whole collective of fashion creatives. Well, it’s just opened at Harvey Nichols, London. Called the ‘COAL’ project, it features work by members - Kalaf Angelo, T-Michael, Sebastian Dollinger, Sam Lambert, Shaka Maidoh, Aroun Ducroux and Matteo Gioli. Pieces by Paris-based Lotho eyewear, Super Duper Hats and Sebastian Dollinger’s special-edition Eton shirts all sit in the new space along Norwegian Rain's collection of ridiculously waterproof raincoats.

We like a designer who practises what he preaches, and let's just say there aren't too many of those around. Neil is wearing a piece from his own Autumn/Winter 2013 collection during Milan Fashion Week at the opening of Prada's new men's store. The strong chevrons turn what could be a boring black sweater into something far more dynamic and contemporary. His version has inserts of leather on the arms, while this one - below - from Harvey Nichols, has a contrasting taupe colour. It's also a clever design which will make you look thinner!
