Prada always gives you something to think about. It may take a while, and you may reject it, but nevertheless Miuccia Prada gets you questioning what you may want to wear season after season. This season was a Prada masterclass in form and colour. The fine knits were there, shorts were wide to the point of being kiltish, shirts and knits had a stripe of colour and bags were an interesting drawstring variety. Everything was very clean and bold. She explored denim and changed the silhouette to a wider leg.
Prada designs with a young Nordic/Anglo Saxon male in mind but twists it with her Italian eye which I think is what makes her so popular here. A real intellectual of fashion.
